1. Bybit EU GmbH ("Bybit EU") grants certain rewards to Users who fulfill the requirements in the event titled BLIK & ZEN Launch ("Event"), in each case subject to the following terms and provided that they comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU ("General Terms"), which can be found [here](https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/help-center/topic-list/terms-of-services). Terms defined in the General Terms shall also apply to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The event is only available to registered and fully onboarded Bybit EU users who:

- Have successfully registered for this event via the registration button on the event page.

- Have completed Identity Verification with Bybit EU.

- To participate, users must complete a One-Click Buy purchase of at least 100 USDC (or its equivalent) using either BLIK or ZEN during the event period.

- Bybit EU will cover the transaction fee for the qualifying purchase, up to a maximum rebate of $5 (or its equivalent) per user.

- The rebate is applied once per user and will be credited automatically.

- New users who register with Bybit EU during the event period and register for this event will receive a 5 USDC reward.

- This reward is limited to the first 3,000 eligible new users and will be distributed within 14 days after the event ends.

- Transactions made with bonuses or coupons.

- Internal transfers between Bybit accounts.

6. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in dishonest, abusive, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to multiple account registrations or bonus farming.

7. Bybit EU reserves the right to amend the terms of this event or to amend/cancel the event at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already earned will be distributed in accordance with these Terms in either case.
