Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU Football Merch Giveaway ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion shall commence on 15.07.2026 at 9:00 CET and shall officially conclude on Sunday, 19 July 2026 at 23:59 CET ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on Monday, 20 July 2026.
Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboard with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification.
By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy.
Rewards will be distributed after a three (3) day risk assessment period.
Participation is strictly limited to one entry per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event. The shipping costs are covered by Bybit EU.
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where a Bybit EU Account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
