These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the BTC Pizza Day Giveaway ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at 

 . Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion shall commence on May 11th, 2026 at 00:00:00 CET and shall officially conclude on May 31st, 2026 at 23:59:59 CET ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility. The winner will be announced on June 1st, 2026, on Bybit Slovenia’s Instagram page (@bybit_slovenia).

In order to be eligible, you must complete the following qualifying actions:

The winner of this promotion is eligible to receive 1000 EUR in BTC. One single winner will be awarded the reward.

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of Slovenia. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboard with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification and provide the necessary information to be identified as the winner, as described below.

The selected winner will be notified via the Instagram Direct Message function, sent to the Instagram account used to complete all eligible actions, as described in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. The selected winner will be requested to provide a valid e-mail address, which will be used to request the winner’s Bybit UID. Should the winner fail to respond and claim the prize within 10 days of the initial notification, Bybit EU reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

By submitting your e-mail and Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at 

The reward allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 1000 EUR in BTC . Reward allocation is determined exclusively by the result of the giveaway on which the winner successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Rewards will be distributed within a week of confirming your Bybit EU account is active. The reward will be credited into your Bybit Unified Trading Accout ("UTA")/Rewards Hub/other.

Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
