• These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the ARX Launchpool ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• This Promotion shall commence on 2026 June 24th at 10am UTC and shall officially conclude on 2026 July 1st at 10am UTC ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period will be considered for eligibility.
• Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), excluding Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification, and registered for the Promotion by clicking the "Register Now" button on the designated promotion page available at https://www.bybit.eu/trade/spot/launchpool before the end of the Promotional Period.
• By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy at https://www.bybit.eu/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy.
• The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is capped at a maximum value of 250,000 ARX. All reward distributions are subject to availability and will be executed on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions set out in these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon full depletion of the reward pool. If the reward pool is exhausted, participants will forfeit their entitlement to receive rewards. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and will not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the depletion of the reward pool.
• Institutional users or Market Makers are not eligible for this event.
• Allocated tokens can be deallocated at any time.
• There may be delays in depositing yields. Users will only receive yields greater than or equal to 0.01 USDC.
• Rewards will be distributed one month after the end of the event period into your Bybit Funding Account, Rewards Hub, or other designated account.
• Participation is limited to one entry per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
• Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the eligible, verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming or attempting to claim a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
• Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.
• The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving any reward under this Promotion, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
• Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls, including cases where a Bybit account is restricted, suspended, or under review.
