Promotional Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU API Bot Trading Competition ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotional Period

This Promotion shall commence on September 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 CEST (08:00:00 UTC) and shall officially conclude on October 1st, 2026 at 10:00 CEST (08:00:00 UTC) ("Promotional Period"). Only actions completed strictly within this defined Promotional Period shall be considered for eligibility.

2. Eligibility

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU, have completed Identity Verification, and registered for the Promotion by clicking the "Register Now" button on the designated promotion page available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/trading-contest/game/?name=EUApiTradingCompetition&period_id=3594 before the end of the Promotional Period.

Participation is strictly limited to one entry per user. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who enters multiple times or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.

Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.

3. How to Participate

To participate in the Bot Trading Competition, eligible users must:
1. Be fully onboarded on Bybit EU (Identity verification completed) and Register for the Promotion via the designated landing page during the Promotional Period;
2. Create an API key on their Bybit EU account;
3. Execute eligible spot or margin trades via API during the Promotional Period.

Qualifying Trades
For the purpose of determining reward eligibility under this Promotion, trading volume is calculated based solely on successfully executed spot or margin trades placed via API. Trades which are exempt of trading fees, cancelled, voided, or reversed shall be strictly excluded from the trading volume calculation.

Only trades executed through the Bybit API shall count towards the competition ranking. Trades placed manually through the web interface or mobile application are not eligible.

Minimum Volume Requirement
To be eligible for prize distribution, participants must achieve a minimum cumulative API spot or margin trading volume of €100,000 (or equivalent in USD) during the Promotional Period.

4. Competition Ranking & Prizes

Ranking Methodology
Participants are ranked by their personal total cumulative API spot or margin trading volume (in USD equivalent) executed during the Promotional Period. The participant with the highest total API spot trading volume shall be ranked first.

1st Place: up to 18,000 USDC
2nd Place: up to 13,000 USDC
3rd Place: up to 12,000 USDC
4th–10th: up to 4,000–11,000 USDC each
11th–80th: up to 34–150 USDC each
Total Pool: up to 100,000 USDC (scales from 10K USDC to 100K USDC based on total volume reaching $250M)
Minimum qualifying volume: $100,000 per participant.
The maximum reward amount per user is 18.000 USDC
The total 100,000 USDC prize pool will be fully unlocked if the total collective volume surpasses $250m.

The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 100,000 USDC. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the final competition ranking. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.

5. Reward Distribution

Rewards will be distributed after the announcement of the winners and a three (3) day risk assessment period, into your Bybit Unified Trading Account ("UTA").

Winners will be announced within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the Promotional Period. Bybit EU will verify all qualifying trades to confirm they were executed via API before finalising the ranking.

6. Data & Privacy

By submitting your Bybit EU UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. 7. Tax Obligations

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

8. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended, or under review).

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification:
• Wash trading or self-trading to artificially inflate volume;
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Market manipulation or any form of abusive trading behavior;
• Any violation of the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions.

9. General Provisions

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
