Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Welcome Gifts ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available here. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion is available to eligible users who create a Bybit EU account on or after 16 September 2026 at 10:00 UTC while the Promotion remains available. Users must complete the applicable requirements within 15 days of creating their Bybit EU account (the “Eligibility Period”).
3. Users who created an account using a referral code or referral link are not eligible for rewards. Institutional users and market makers are not eligible for rewards.
4. Participation in this Promotion is available only to residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), excluding Malta.
5. Subaccounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
6. Users must complete Identity Verification to be eligible for rewards.
7. There are three reward tasks available under this Promotion:
   - Task 1: Complete a qualifying top-up of at least €100 (or equivalent) within the Eligibility Period to receive a 5 USDC Fee Saver.
   - Task 2: Complete a qualifying top-up of at least €100 (or equivalent) and accumulate at least €500 in eligible trading volume within the Eligibility Period to receive a 5 USDC Fee Saver. Both conditions must be met to qualify for the Task 2 reward.
   - Task 3: Complete a qualifying top-up of at least €100 (or equivalent) and accumulate at least €20,000 in eligible trading volume within the Eligibility Period to receive a 20 USDC airdrop reward. Both conditions must be met to qualify for the Task 3 reward.
   The same qualifying top-up of at least €100 will satisfy the top-up requirement for Tasks 1, 2, and 3. Eligible trading volume accumulated toward Task 2 will also count toward the €20,000 trading volume requirement for Task 3.
   Rewards under Tasks 1, 2, and 3 are cumulative. An eligible user who successfully completes all three tasks may receive a maximum aggregate reward of 30 USDC. Each task may only be rewarded once per user.
8. Eligible methods for completing a qualifying top-up are limited to One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposit, Recurring Buy, and Fiat Top-Up. Internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts will not qualify for the purposes of this Promotion. Bonuses and coupons are also excluded from qualifying top-ups.
9. Rewards will be made available for claim in the eligible user's Rewards Hub after a three-day risk assessment period. Users must claim their rewards in the Rewards Hub to receive them.
10. For the purposes of determining reward eligibility, a participant's qualifying top-up amount will be calculated on a net basis, defined as the total value of eligible assets topped up, including directly purchased assets, minus the total value of withdrawals made during the applicable Eligibility Period.
11. For the purposes of determining reward eligibility under this Promotion, trading volume is calculated based solely on successfully executed trades. Trades that are exempt from trading fees, canceled, voided, or reversed are excluded from the trading volume calculation.
12. Participation is limited to one Bybit EU account per user. Each user may receive only one reward per eligible task. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses multiple accounts or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities in connection with the Promotion.
13. Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is limited to the eligible, verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming or attempting to claim a reward on behalf of another person or entity is prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
14. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will process your personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion. For more information on how your personal data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy.
15. Bybit EU reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
16. The Promotion begins on 16 September 2026 at 10:00 UTC and is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
17. Participants are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving a reward under this Promotion in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
18. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls, including where a Bybit EU account is restricted, suspended, or under review.
19. Where any discrepancy arises between a translated version of these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
