These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the giveaway conducted by 

, a limited liability company incorporated under Austrian law, with its registered seat in Vienna, Austria, and business address at Donau-City-Straße 7, 1220 Vienna, Austria (“Bybit EU” or the “Organizer”) (the “Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, participants expressly agree to these T&Cs. The Giveaway is conducted voluntarily and free of charge. There is no legal entitlement to participate or to receive a prize.

To be eligible for the Giveaway, users must:

Register for the event via the “Participate Now” button provided on this page;

Complete the tasks displayed during registration;

Fully comply with all participation conditions.

The campaign is valid from 20 February 2026 at 14:00 (CET) until 4 March 2026 at 20:00 (CET).

The available tasks are subject to the details displayed upon registration. All tasks and rewards are limited and will be issued on a 

. Bybit reserves the right to end the Giveaway early once all rewards have been distributed.

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons who:

have completed Identity Verification Level 1;

are not restricted for regulatory or sanctions reasons.

employees of Bybit EU and their immediate family members.

Bybit reserves the right to request proof of age, residence, identity, and source of funds.

Participation is permitted only in one’s own name.

including Food & Drinks (approximate total value per ticket package: €3,000)

Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included.

Bybit reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute prize in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Participants must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service.

Bybit reserves the right to disqualify users engaging in:

Bybit may revoke rewards, restrict accounts, or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Bybit reserves the right to modify these T&Cs, adjust the campaign period, or terminate the Giveaway at its discretion.

Participants who have already validly qualified shall not be affected.

Bybit reserves the right of final interpretation of this Giveaway.

Bybit EU GmbH (“Bybit EU”) grants certain discounts, gifts, exclusive products and event privileges to users who join this event (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions and the General Terms of Bybit EU (“General Terms”). This event is only available to users who have completed the verification and onboarding process.

All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations and transactions to farm additional bonuses as well as any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

The Event is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Rewards already earned will be distributed in line with these terms.
