These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit Stockholm Open Player Release Tournament Tickets Giveaway ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
 
The Promotion shall commence on 10 September 2026 at 12:00 CEST and shall conclude on 31 October 2026 at 23:59 CET ("Promotional Period"). Each individual player prediction promotion (each a "Player Release Draw") will close at the deadline stated in the relevant promotional post and, in all cases, before the relevant player is officially announced. Only actions completed within the Promotional Period and before the applicable Player Release Draw deadline will be considered for eligibility.
 
The prize for each Player Release Draw consists of exclusive Bybit Box Stockholm Open tournament ticket(s) for the relevant tournament session, as specified in the applicable promotional post. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional post, one (1) winner will be selected from eligible Instagram entries and three (3) winners will be selected from eligible X entries. Winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible participants who submitted the correct prediction and completed all applicable participation requirements before the relevant deadline. Winner selection will take place following the close of the relevant Player Release Draw and the official player announcement, subject to eligibility verification. Only one entry and one prize per user per Player Release Draw are permitted.
 
Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the EEA, excluding Italy and Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must complete all participation requirements as mentioned in the promotional post:
 
  • follow the relevant Bybit EU / Bybit Nordics social account(s);
  • like/engage with the relevant post;
  • comment your player prediction; and
  • visit/register through the Stockholm Open landing page.
     
Participation is free of charge. No purchase, deposit or trading activity is required.
 
The winner(s) must have a valid registered Bybit EU account and UID.
 
By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, preventing fraud or abuse, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.For more information on how your data is handled, please review the Bybit EU Privacy Policy available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy.
 
Provisionally selected winners will be contacted via the social media account used to participate in the relevant Player Release Draw. Winners may be required to provide their name, Bybit EU UID, country/region of residence and email address and to confirm their intention to attend the relevant tournament session within the deadline communicated by Bybit EU.
 
If a provisionally selected winner does not respond within the specified deadline, cannot be verified as eligible, declines the prize or is otherwise unable to accept it, Bybit EU may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible correct entries.
 
Confirmed winners may be contacted again before the relevant tournament session to reconfirm attendance. Subject to successful eligibility verification and attendance confirmation, tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner once available for distribution.
 
Transportation and accommodation costs and any other costs associated with attending the Stockholm Open are not covered.
 
Player participation, match schedules and tournament sessions are determined by the tournament organiser and may be subject to change, including due to player withdrawal, injury or scheduling changes. Bybit EU therefore cannot guarantee that a particular player will ultimately participate in or appear during the relevant tournament session.
Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who submits multiple entries in the same Player Release Draw in breach of these Promotional Terms and Conditions or engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
 
Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible Bybit EU account holder who participated in the relevant Player Release Draw. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
 
The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge. Bybit EU may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, a Player Release Draw or these Promotional Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or abuse, technical or security issues, changes to the tournament or player schedule, circumstances outside Bybit EU's reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affecting the fair or proper operation of the Promotion. Where reasonably practicable, material changes or cancellation will be communicated through the relevant Bybit EU channels.
 
Any prizes already validly earned before such amendment, suspension or cancellation will be honoured in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions, unless withholding or cancellation is reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
 
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward under this Promotion in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
 
Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where a Bybit EU Account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
