Users who complete the required net deposit and spot trading volume tasks will qualify for USDC rewards based on their achieved milestone during the campaign period.

-By participating in this Promotion, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotional Terms”), as well as the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Defined terms used in the Bybit EU --General Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in these Promotional Terms unless otherwise stated.

-Participation in this Promotion is available only eligible to users of Bybit EU GmbH in the countries where the Promotion is made available, as displayed on the campaign page.

-The Promotion is available to eligible new users and eligible VIP users who are successfully onboarded with Bybit EU GmbH and have completed Identity Verification.

-Eligible users must register via this page’s “Register Now” button during the Promotion Period to be eligible for rewards.

-The Promotion runs from 26 May 2026, 10:00 UTC to 30 June 2026, 10:00 UTC, unless amended, suspended or cancelled in accordance with these Promotional Terms.

-Users must complete both of the following tasks during the Promotion Period and in any event no later than 30 June 2026, 10:00 UTC to be eligible for a reward:

(i) achieve the applicable net deposit milestone during the Promotion Period; and

(ii) achieve the applicable Spot Trading volume requirement during the Promotion Period.

-Users are responsible for registering and completing the applicable net deposit and Spot Trading volume requirements during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Period will not be extended for users who register after the start of the Promotion.

-For the purposes of this Promotion, “net deposit” means the USD-equivalent value of eligible deposits and eligible purchase inflows credited to the user’s Bybit EU account during the Promotion Period, minus withdrawals and other relevant outflows during the Promotion Period, as determined by Bybit EU based on its records.

-Eligible deposits and eligible purchase inflows include Crypto Deposit, Fiat Deposit, Recurring Buy and One-Click Buy.

-Eligible deposits exclude bonuses, coupons, rewards, internal transfers between Bybit EU accounts and any other non-qualifying credits determined by Bybit EU.

-Only Spot Trading activity is eligible for this Promotion. Trading volume generated through Trading Bots or trading pairs with 0% fees will not be counted towards the required Spot Trading volume.

-Trading fees and VIP fee schedule. All Spot Trading activity completed as part of this Promotion remains subject to the applicable Bybit EU trading fees. The applicable trading fee rates depend on the user’s account status and VIP level at the time of order placement, as further described in the Bybit EU Trading Fee Structure / VIP fee schedule, available at: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/help-center/article/Trading-Fee-Structure. Participation in this Promotion does not waive, reimburse or otherwise alter any applicable trading fees.

-The applicable reward will be determined by the combination of the user’s final eligible net deposit milestone and the corresponding Spot Trading volume requirement achieved during the Promotion Period, as set out below.

-Each eligible user may receive only one reward, based on the highest final eligible milestone achieved.

-The total reward pool is limited to 100,250 USDC. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability of the reward pool. Reward pool allocation is determined by the time at which Bybit EU verifies that the user has completed all applicable Promotion requirements.

-A user will only be entitled to a reward once Bybit EU has verified that all applicable requirements have been completed and the relevant reward has been allocated. Once the reward pool has been fully allocated, no further rewards will be available.

-Rewards will be distributed in USDC to eligible users’ Rewards Hub after a 14-day risk monitoring period following completion and verification of the applicable Promotion tasks.

-Bybit EU prohibits fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or unfair activity in connection with the Promotion, including abnormal farming behavior, reward exploitation, wash trading, artificial transaction activity, multi-account operations, market manipulation, coordinated abuse or any other activity inconsistent with fair participation.

-Bybit EU may withhold, cancel or reverse any pending reward where it reasonably determines that the user is not eligible, has breached these Promotional Terms, the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions or any applicable campaign rules, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or prohibited activity, has failed any applicable verification or risk-control checks, or where the reward was allocated in error.

-Subaccounts, Pro users, Institutional users and Market Makers are not eligible for this Promotion.

-Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Bybit EU Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/data-protection-and-transparency/privacy-policy.

-Bybit EU may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, compliance, technical, security, fraud-prevention, operational or risk-control reasons.

-Any rewards already confirmed as earned will be distributed in accordance with these Promotional Terms, unless the user breached these Promotional Terms, the Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions or any applicable campaign rules, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or prohibited activity, failed any applicable verification or risk-control checks, or the reward was allocated in error.
