July 1 is a turning point for European crypto. 🇪🇺

Introduced in 2023, MiCAR created a common European framework for crypto-asset services, designed to improve user protection, market integrity, and regulatory clarity across Europe. After a phased implementation period, July 1 marks an important deadline for crypto platforms operating in Europe to either have received the MiCAR licesnce or stop offering services in Europe.

For Bybit EU, operating within a clear legal and regulatory framework is not a response to a deadline. It is part of how we build and serve users in Europe. Since receiving our MiCAR licence from Austria’s Financial Market Authority in May 2025, we have continued developing across the product suite within this framework, helping European users work toward their financial goals.
