Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Bybit EU GROVE TokenSplash ("Promotion") outlined on this page. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions. Any terms defined in the General Terms also apply to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. This Promotion shall commence on 7 July 2026 at 16:00 UTC and shall officially conclude on 22 July at 11:00 UTC. 
2. Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible to receive rewards under this Promotion, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification.
3. Users must register for the event(s) before the end date to be eligible for rewards.
4. On Event 1: Top up task
- Event 1 top up task is only open to new users who sign up for Bybit EU during the promotion period (7 July 2026, 16:00 UTC - 22 July 2026, 11:00 UTC). 
- Only top-ups and trades made within the promotion period will be considered in the reward calculation.
- Users will still be eligible for the event even if they withdraw GROVE during the event.
- Users must deposit GROVE into their Bybit Funding Account or Spot Account during the event period to be eligible for rewards. 
- Top-ups made using a Subaccount will not be counted toward this event.
- Top-ups made via One-Click Buy and on-chain transfers will be counted toward this event. However, internal transfers between different Bybit EU accounts will not be counted toward the reward calculation.
5. On Event 2: Trading volume task 
- Event 2 trading task is open to all users who are successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification before and during the Promotion period.
- Only Spot trades of GROVE will be counted as eligible trading volume for this event. The accumulated trading volume is the total amount of GROVE users buy and sell on Spot within the event period.
- Only trades made within the event period will be considered in the reward calculation.
- Trades made using a Subaccount will be counted toward this event.
- Only Spot trading volume generated during the event period will count toward reward calculations. Eligible trading types include Spot Trading, Spot Grid Bot, DCA Bot, Spot Margin Trading, and Leveraged Tokens. All buy and sell transactions are included. For USDC trading pairs, volume is calculated as the sum of all order values for each executed USDC order. For non-USDC pairs, volume will be converted into USDC using the daily closing price. 
- All the participants who complete the trading volume task will get a reward. Your Final Allocation of GROVE = (Your Trading Volume / Total Trading Volume of All Participants) * Total Amount of the Prize Pool.
6. Rewards of this promotion will be announced on 22 July 2026, 11:00 UTC . The Rewards will be distributed to eligible participants' Funding Account in GROVE airdrop on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 UTC.
7. The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of 750,000 GROVE. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes the applicable eligibility conditions established throughout these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.
8. Eligibility to claim and receive rewards is strictly limited to the eligible verified Bybit EU account holder. Claiming, or attempting to claim, a reward on behalf of another person or entity is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
9. Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.
10. Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this promotion.
11. The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
12. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.
13. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
