Following a strategic review and an analysis of valuable community feedback, we are pleased to announce an update to the EU Referral Program. Our goal is to provide an enhanced user experience and more competitive benefits that better serve our growing community.

📅Effective September 16, 2026, 10AM UTC, the updated requirements and rewards are as follows:

Referral Tasks and Rewards 

• Invite friends to earn up to 30 USDC airdrops for each! 
• To be eligible to receive rewards under Referral Tasks, your referee must complete the tasks as described in the table below: 

Note:
Eligible deposit methods include One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposit, and Fiat Deposit.
Please note that internal transfers of funds between Bybit EU accounts are excluded from the calculation, and Spot trading pairs with zero fees will not be counted toward trading volume.

Referral Commission 

Effective September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM UTC, referrers will start earning commissions on trades made by their qualified referees for 365 days from the qualified referee's sign-up date. 
 

To become a qualified referee, your friend must:
1. Sign up for a Bybit EU account using your referral link or code.
2. Top up at least $100 within 15 days of sign-up.
3. Achieve a cumulative Spot trading volume of at least $100 within 15 days of sign-up.

Please Note:
This update applies to all users, including both new and existing referees. Users who already have an active referral task before the new programme takes effect will remain eligible to complete that task under the existing requirements during its applicable eligibility period. The updated requirements will apply to new referral tasks made available from the effective date.

Terms & Conditions 

1. These terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) govern participation in the Bybit EU Referral Program (the “Promotion”) made available on this promotion page at https://www.bybit.eu/referral/ (the “Promotional Page”). By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions and by the General Terms and Conditions available at https://www.bybit.eu/en-EU/legal/terms-and-conditions/General-Terms-and-Conditions Bybit EU General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”). Unless the context requires otherwise, terms defined in the General Terms have the same meaning in these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
2. The Bybit EU Referral Program is a long-term incentive program. There is currently no official end date. However, if the program is discontinued, users will be notified well in advance.
3. Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), with the exception of Malta. To be eligible for rewards of any kind, you must be successfully onboarded with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification.
4. By submitting your Bybit UID, you acknowledge that Bybit EU will collect, process, and use your personal data for the sole purpose of administering this Promotion. 5. The Referral Program cannot be used in conjunction with the Affiliate Program. For more information about the Affiliate Program, please visit https://affiliates.bybit.eu/v2/en-EU/, email IB@bybit.eu or contact our Customer Support.
6. Online or offline advertisements with the use of the Bybit EU brand logo or name are strictly prohibited. It is further strictly forbidden that Referrers act on behalf of or imply to act on behalf of Bybit EU in any way.
7. Referrers are referring Referees at their own risk and cost. It is the sole responsibility of the Referrer to comply with applicable laws and regulations in contacting (potential) Referees.
8. The rewards of this program consist of 2 parts (Referral Tasks and Referral Commission), each with its own eligibility requirements. Qualifying for one part does not automatically make you eligible for any other part. The reward eligibility requirements are listed below.
9. In order to receive rewards under Referral Tasks, users must meet the requirements as described below:
- Referrers will receive a 5 USDC airdrop each time one of their referees completes Referral Task 1: signing up for Bybit EU, successfully completing Identity Verification, topping up at least $100 worth of assets, and accumulating a Spot trading volume of at least $100 within 15 days of sign-up. Accordingly, the referee will also receive a 5 USDC airdrop after completing Referral Task 1.
- Referrers will receive a 25 USDC airdrop each time one of their referees completes Referral Task 2: accumulating a Spot trading volume of at least $50,000 within 30 days of sign-up. Accordingly, the referee will also receive a 25 USDC airdrop after completing Referral Task 2.
- Eligible top-ups include One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposit, and Fiat Deposit. Internal transfers of funds between Bybit EU accounts will not be counted for this program.
- Spot trading pairs with zero fees will not be counted toward calculations for this program.
- The top-up amount and trading volume for this program will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate (in USD).
- The 5 USDC airdrop rewards from Referral Task 1 will be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hubs (for both the referrer and the referee) following a 3-day risk assessment period after Referral Task 1 completion.
- The 25 USDC airdrop rewards from Referral Task 2 will be distributed to eligible users' Rewards Hubs (for both the referrer and the referee) following a 3-day risk assessment period after Referral Task 2 completion.
10. For the purposes of determining reward eligibility under this Program, a participant's qualifying top-up amount shall be calculated on a net basis. This calculation is defined as the total volume of eligible assets deposited, including directly purchased assets, minus the total volume of withdrawals executed during the applicable qualification period.
11. For the purpose of determining reward eligibility under this Program, trading volume is calculated based solely on successfully executed trades. Trades which are exempt from trading fees, cancelled, voided or reversed shall be excluded from the trading volume calculation.
12. Effective September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM UTC, referrers will start earning commissions on trades made by their qualified referees for 365 days from the qualified referee's sign-up date. Here the qualified referee refers to a user who signs up for Bybit EU using a referral link or code, completes identity verification, tops up at least $100 worth of assets and accumulates a Spot trading volume of at least $100 within 15 days of sign-up.
13. The final referral commissions the referrers receive are calculated based on their qualified referees' net trading fees, which are defined as: Net trading fee = trading fee - bonus - coupons - credit - other fee discounts. All net trading fees are settled in USDC.
14. Referral commissions will be distributed to the referrer at 4AM UTC on a daily basis.
15. Referrers who began earning commissions from their referees' trades prior to 16 September 2026, 10AM UTC will continue to receive commissions according to the original rules until the commission period expires.
16. Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance with legal requirements or risk controls, including where a Bybit Account is restricted, suspended or under review.
17. All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in inappropriate, fraudulent or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations and transactions to farm additional bonuses as well as any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Participants who violate these terms will not be eligible for referral incentives. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts in accordance with the General Terms.
18. The program is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Rewards already earned will be distributed in line with these terms.
19. Bybit EU reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
