1. All tiers require maintaining your weekly recurring buy total for 4 consecutive weeks.

2. Your final reward tier is based on your lowest weekly total across the 4 weeks, not the highest.

3. Your Week 1 total sets your reward tier ceiling — plans added after Week 1 won't change it retroactively.

4. Track A is exclusive to new users and is stackable with Track B rewards.

5. The "New User Combined Reward" column shows the maximum total reward a new user can earn by qualifying for Track A and the corresponding Track B tier simultaneously.

Timeline guide on when to set up your plans

- Your 4-week window starts from the moment you set up your first weekly plan during the registration window (21 April – 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC) after you register for this event.

- The earliest date and time you can set up the first weekly Recurring Buy that would be counted toward reward calculation is 21 April 2026, 10:00 AM UTC (in this case, your four-week cycle will end on 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC).

- The latest date and time you can set up the first weekly recurring buy that would be counted toward reward calculation is 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC (in this case, your four-week cycle will end on 16 June 2026, 10:00 AM UTC).

- If you set up your first weekly recurring plan 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC, you will not be eligible for any rewards under this promotion.

- Weekly plans you set up before 21 April 2026, 10:00 AM UTC will not be counted towards reward calculation under this promotion.

Rule 1 — Your lowest week decides your tier.

At the end of your 4-week cycle, the system looks at your weekly recurring buy total for each week and assigns your reward based on the lowest week — not the highest. Consistency across all 4 weeks is what matters.

Rule 2 — Drop in one week? You're downgraded, not disqualified — unless you fall below the minimum.

If your weekly total dips below your target tier but stays at or above the minimum threshold, you still earn a reward — just at the lower tier your lowest week qualifies for. However, if your weekly total drops below the minimum threshold in any single week, no reward will be issued for that track for the current cycle:

- Track A: weekly total drops below €25 → no Track A reward

- Track B: weekly total drops below €100 → no Track B reward

Rule 3 — Week 1 sets your reward ceiling.

Plans added in Week 2 or later increase your weekly total from that point forward, but cannot raise your Week 1 total retroactively. To target a higher tier, make sure your Week 1 total already meets that tier's threshold.

Part 4: Actions That Will Affect Your Reward Eligibility

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification from reward eligibility:

- Transferring tokens bought via recurring buy from Bybit EU to any external third-party platform or account during your active 4-week cycle .

- Converting or swapping tokens bought via recurring buy to fiat during your active 4-week cycle.

The following activities are permitted and will NOT affect your reward eligibility:

- Converting or swapping assets that were not bought via recurring buy within the platform

- Any other activity that does not involve transferring tokens bought via recurring buy to an external platform or converting them to fiat during your active 4-week cycle.

1. Rewards are distributed between 25 May and 25 June 2026 in rolling batches — the earlier you complete your 4-week cycle, the sooner you receive your reward.

2. All rewards are credited to your Rewards Hub on Bybit EU in BTC equivalent at the market rate at the time of distribution.

3. The total reward pool for this event is €100,000 in BTC equivalent on a first-completed, first-served basis. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

Participation in this Promotion is exclusively available to residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). To be eligible, you must be successfully onboard with Bybit EU and have completed Identity Verification. This Promotion is open to both individuals who have never registered with Bybit EU and those who already maintain an active Bybit EU Account. To be eligible for rewards, all participants must successfully register for the Promotion by clicking the “Register Now” button on the designated Promotion page available at 

 between the 21 April 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC and 19 May 2026 at 10:00 AM UTC (“Registration Period”) and qualify under the applicable Tracks as defined below:

1.1. Track A: This track is exclusively restricted to individuals who have never registered for a Bybit EU Account nor used any of Bybit EU's Products and/or Services prior to the commencement of the Registration Period. Each new user may only be eligible for Track A once. To qualify for Track A, the individual must successfully open a new Bybit EU account within the Registration Period, complete Identity Verification, and meet the designated Recurring Buy minimum threshold for this specific Track A.

1.2. Track B: This track is broadly open to all registered Bybit EU users, regardless of when they opened their account. To be eligible to participate and receive rewards under Track B, users must have successfully completed Identity Verification prior to setting their first eligible Recurring Buy. For the avoidance of doubt, Track B is broadly available to all registered Bybit EU users, including newly registered users who prefer to participate in this track to aim for the higher reward tiers associated with larger recurring investment commitments. Track B users must meet the specific, higher recurring buy thresholds designated for Track B.

Only new users who have clicked the "Register Now" button on the designated Promotion page, opened a Bybit EU Account and completed Identity Verification after the commencement of the Registration Period are eligible to simultaneously participate in, and cumulatively gain rewards from, both Track A and Track B. All other users who have registered with Bybit EU or held a user account prior to the Registration Period may only qualify for and receive rewards under Track B.

To successfully qualify for and maintain eligibility for rewards under either Track A or Track B, users must continuously and cumulatively satisfy the following conditions:

a) Set up at least one (1) eligible weekly Recurring Buy Plan strictly during the Registration Period. The earliest date and time a user can set up the first weekly Recurring Buy that would be counted toward reward calculation is 21 April 2026, 10:00 AM UTC (in this case, the four-week cycle will end on 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC). The latest date and time a user can set up the first weekly recurring buy that would be counted toward reward calculation is 19 May 2026, 10:00 AM UTC (in this case, the four-week cycle will end on 16 June 2026, 10:00 AM UTC).

b) Maintain a combined weekly recurring buy total that meets or exceeds the minimum reward tier threshold of their chosen track for all four (4) consecutive weeks of their respective cycle. For the purposes of these Promotional Terms and Conditions, each week is strictly defined and counted as exactly seven (7) consecutive days.

c) During the four-week cycle, not transfer or withdraw any purchased crypto-assets via Recurring Buy to any external platform or account, nor may they manually convert or swap those specific crypto-assets into fiat currency. For the avoidance of doubt, using crypto-assets bought via Recurring Buy in relation to the following Bybit EU Products and/or Services is permitted: Spot Trading, Margin Trading, Exchange for other crypto-assets, Bybit Card and Bybit Pay (whereby the automatic conversion of crypto to fiat strictly at the point of sale is exceptionally permitted).

Subject to the continuous satisfaction of the conditions outlined in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, eligible participants who successfully place a weekly Recurring Buy Plan for four (4) consecutive weeks starting within the Registration Period will receive a reward based on their maintained weekly recurring buy amount and the chosen Track. The reward tiers are structured as displayed on the Promotion´s dedicated landing page.

Please note that whilst Track A users need to place a weekly Recurring Buy Plan equivalent to at least 25EUR in order to be eligible to receive a reward, Track B users need to place a weekly Recurring Buy Plan equivalent to at least 100EUR in order to be eligible for a reward.

A user's final eligible reward tier is strictly determined by the following calculation rules:

a) Throughout their four-week cycle, a user's Reward tier within a specific Track is determined by the total weekly value of their active and eligible Recurring Buy plans. This EUR value is calculated exactly at the time each individual recurring buy order executes, regardless of subsequent market fluctuations.

b) Any eligible Recurring Buy plans added after the first week of the user's cycle will only increase the participant's weekly total from the week of setup onwards, they do not retroactively raise the first week's total. Therefore, to qualify for a specific reward tier, the participant's combined weekly total must meet that tier's minimum threshold starting directly from week 1.

c) The final eligible reward tier is dictated solely by the lowest weekly total recorded across the entire four (4) consecutive weeks. If a participant's weekly total falls below their initially targeted tier in any given week, the reward will be automatically downgraded to the highest tier that their lowest weekly total qualifies for.

d) In the event that a participant's weekly total falls below the absolute minimum qualifying threshold of their designated Track (€25/week for Track A and €100/week for Track B) in any given week, they will be disqualified from receiving a reward for that track in the current cycle.

The aggregate reward pool allocated for this Promotion is strictly capped at a maximum value of €100 000 in BTC equivalent. All reward distributions are expressly subject to availability and will be executed on a definitive first-come, first-served basis. Priority for reward allocation is determined exclusively by the exact date on which each participant successfully completes their mandatory 4 week cycle. Bybit EU reserves the unequivocal right to halt or suspend the issuance of rewards immediately upon the full depletion of the reward pool. In the event that the reward pool is exhausted, any participant who has not yet finalized their 4-week cycle will automatically forfeit their entitlement to receive a reward. Bybit EU disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the reward pool's depletion.

Eligible rewards will be disbursed in rolling batches over a period commencing on 25 May 2026 and concluding on 25 June 2026. While all reward tiers are fundamentally denominated in EUR, the actual distribution will be credited directly to the eligible participant's Rewards Hub in its BTC equivalent. This equivalent BTC value shall be calculated based upon the prevailing market exchange rate active at the precise moment of distribution.

Bybit EU reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities during the Promotion.

Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event.

The Promotion is offered by Bybit EU at its discretion, free of charge, and until further notice. Bybit EU may amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already accrued prior to cancellation will be distributed in line with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the receipt of any reward in accordance with your local jurisdiction's laws and regulations.

Bybit EU may delay, withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, technical issues, compliance/legal requirements, or risk controls (including cases where an account is restricted, suspended, or under review).
