1. Bybit EU GmbH ("Bybit EU") grants certain rewards to Users who fulfill the requirements in the event titled WSOT EU 2025 Community Challenge ("Event"), in each case subject to the following terms as well and provided that they comply with the General Terms of Bybit EU ("General Terms"), which can be found 

. Terms defined in the General Terms shall also apply to these terms and conditions.

2. The Event is only available to registered and fully onboarded Bybit EU Users who:

  - Are members of one of the official local Bybit EU Telegram communities listed for the Event.

  - Are subscribed to the Telegram group where they participate.

  - Are residents of the country of the corresponding group, with successful KYC for that country.

- To participate in this Event, Users must respond in the comments section of the daily challenge post in the relevant Telegram group, including the hashtag #WSOTEU in their answer to be eligible for rewards.

- Only activities (comments/answers) completed before the end of each daily challenge, as indicated by the Organizer in the group, will be counted.

- Each day, 100 USDC will be distributed per group as rewards. The number of winners and amount per winner may vary daily at Bybit EU's sole discretion (e.g., 10 winners of 10 USDC each, 4 winners of 25 USDC each, etc.).

- Rewards will be distributed to eligible Users’ Bybit EU accounts (Rewards Hub) within 14 days after the Event ends. 

- Only one entry per User per day will be considered. Only the first valid comment per User per day counts.

- Users must not use multiple accounts, fake accounts, or any fraudulent means to participate. Bulk or coordinated abuse will result in disqualification.

- All participating Users must strictly adhere to the Bybit EU Terms of Service. Bybit EU reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest, abusive, or harmful activities during the Event, including plagiarism, spam, offensive content, or any activity in violation of community standards.

- Bybit EU reserves the right to modify the terms of this Event or to amend/cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. Any rewards already earned will be distributed in accordance with these terms in either case.

- Bybit EU reserves the right to the final interpretation of this Event and these T&C. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.

- The content of this Event constitutes marketing communication under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). It does not constitute investment advice and none of the activities or tasks that form part of the Event shall be understood as such.

- The Event is offered by Bybit EU voluntarily, free of charge and until further notice.
